Business office manager at a long term care facility by day, recipe blogger at Christy's Cooking Creations by night. I love experimenting to come up with new recipes and dishes. This is my outlet to share my new creations and some old favorites. My writing, photography and recipes are a constant work in progress. Mom to two quick witted children, ages fifteen and twenty, that keep me on my toes. Wife to an amazing man who supplies me with unwavering support and love. Coffee and sweet tea fanatic. I will never give up baked goods. Never. I do balance my addiction to ooey gooey goodness with plenty of fresh fruit and veggies though. Balance in all things is the secret to a happy life! My posts will rarely be lengthy. My recipes will not be fancy, I leave that to the professional chefs. My goal here is to share simplistic and delicious recipes that can be whipped up in no time for you to enjoy with friends and family. Just because you are busy doesn't mean you can't have homemade!
